What the legal action is about
Defending Democracy Against Tyranny
Behind the complexity of the law, the case is simply about stopping tyranny. It's about restoring a Government of the people, by the people, for the people. This concept pre-dates the political party system. But we, the people, are being removed from our agreed upon form of government. Our liberty is fading quickly. We are arguing before the Court that the emergency regulation on November 24, 2021, and the subsequent Directive issued on December 10, 2021, by the Acting Commissioner of Health are unconstitutional, unlawful, and un-enforceable. The Constitution's blueprint of democracy prohibits one branch from having too much power. We are governed through a representative democracy, not a monarchy or a dictatorship. Which is why one human being has never had the power to unilaterally tell us what to do.
Protecting Our Kids
Children, for some reason, happen to be the direct target of these bogus directives. They are the least vulnerable population by far, but also the most regulated. And our right to make important medical decisions on their behalf has been stolen. Let's get those masks off them! It's been almost two years now. And the State cannot justify it any longer. If vaccinations do not stop the virus from spreading, then why is the State forcing them? And why are the rules being applied inconsistently? For instance, children must wear a mask in school, but could hug a relative in prison, if the prison allows it? That is, according the Commissioner's December 10th opinion.
